*Free* Monthly Virtual Gatherings the fourth Thursday of each month.
This Caregiver Support Group aims to create a supportive community for caregivers of individuals living with advanced Heart Failure, VADs, undergoing a heart transplant, or awaiting transplant. Our meeting space aims to foster connection and understanding among caregivers at every stage of their journey.

Joining our May meeting will be Linda Ordway and Lauren Keefe from Tufts Medical Center who are available to help facilitate any medical questions in the group.
