We created this page as an interactive destination for patients and families in need of hope. This Heart Prayer Wall is ever-growing with your beautiful messages of love and well-wishes for loved ones in need. Though initially created for Heart Failure patients, we welcome loving prayers and positive energy wishes for any souls who would benefit from the powerful healing energy that results when a great number of people focus their light on those in need.
