Heart Prayer Wall – Official Launch

Join us in the official launch of our Heart Prayer Wall!We’re thrilled to introduce you to our Heart Prayer Wall–an ongoing, interactive dedication to those living with heart failure (and other diseases). And we welcome you to participate today! (And any day someone you know needs good energy sent his or her way.)

All prayers are welcome!  We won’t limit a submission if it’s made out to someone with a disease other than heart failure or whether or not it references God in any way. (Prayers are prayers for anyone who cares to send a wish to a fellow habitant of this Earth!)

Prayers will appear on the Heart Prayer Wall in two ways:

1. (Preferred) Post as you normally would to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and simply include the hashtag #heartprayers in your caption. Your prayer will populate to our page shortly thereafter.

2. For those without social media, you can fill out the form on the right-hand sidebar of the Heart Prayer Wall page and we will create/post your prayer for you. (These submissions will appear on our page within 24 hours.)

We look forward to your prayers and to watching the Prayer Wall grow. A mosaic of love and support for patients in need… created by you!
