Last year–after a long, brave journey–our friend Ken Iovino received his new heart. This is the amazing video that chronicles “Ken’s Memorial Journey” by the talented folks at Memorial Hospital (who also saved his life).

Ken’s courageous journey with us began last year when he became our first LVAD patient. Through his hard work and our team’s commitment, Ken ultimately qualified to be placed on a heart transplant waiting list. When a new heart arrived earlier this year, our cameras were there.
