Heart Failure Awareness Week – Tuesday
During Heart Failure Awareness Week, we are reminded that we have fellow HeartBrothers throughout this country–and that age knows no boundary. Some are a mere 14 years old when they join our heart failure family. But our support doesn’t end at transplant. Heart Failure is a long journey. We want to share our HeartBrother Sam’s story to inspire others, as he has inspired us.
