On May 18,2015, the HeartBrother’s Foundation was introduced to over 175 heart failure clinicians from New England and beyond at the ABCD&EF of Heart Failure Symposium at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.
They received a welcoming response from the audience who understand the need for organizations like the HeartBrothers Foundation and now know there is help for the HF, LVAD & Transplant patients that these clinicians serve everyday beyond the clinical setting.
The HeartBrothers Foundation wishes to thank Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Cardiology Department for their kind invitation and the CareDx Corporation, a molecular diagnostics company based in San Francisco, CA for their educational grant to help us raise awareness of heart failure and all its challenges.
