We are honored to share that the HeartBrothers Foundation has been awarded a $5,000 grant from the Petit Family Foundation to help support heart failure patients and families in Connecticut.

This funding will directly assist patients through our financial assistance programs, helping ease the burden of expenses that often come with advanced heart failure and transplantation. From travel and lodging to everyday essentials, these grants provide meaningful support during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Cat Clark accepts a $5,000 grant on behalf of the HeartBrothers Foundation from Dr. Bill Petit and the Petit Family Foundation. This funding will help provide financial assistance to heart failure patients and families in Connecticut.

We are especially grateful to our Grant Writer, Cat Clark, who kindly accepted the check on behalf of the HeartBrothers Foundation. During the event, Cat also had the opportunity to be interviewed by Dr. Bill Petit and share more about the work HeartBrothers is doing to support the heart failure community.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Petit Family Foundation for their generosity and belief in our mission.

Partnerships like this allow us to continue expanding support for patients and families throughout New England.

Together, we are helping ensure that no one faces heart failure alone.

Immediately After a Hospital Visit from The HeartBrothers

"Pat and Bob were living proof we would survive...that this was all part of our journey. After meeting the HeartBrothers, I remember Nick saying that when all this was over he would be a HeartBrother too. It made me smile because it showed me Nick had not given up hope despite how sick he was...he was thinking about our future."
